I had a varied experience at Phoenix Resort, split between the basic and the charming offerings. The rooms offered a comfortable stay with decent amenities, though some could definitely benefit from a makeover. The staff was accommodating, ensuring I had what I needed. However, I found the location to be a bit noisy at times and the dining options could improve. Overall, it was a solid stay, but there are certain aspects that hindered the experience.

We had a wonderful time at Phoenix Resort during our short getaway. The private thermal pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax after our hikes. Overall, it was good value for money and made for a memorable family trip.
